Gourmet dining is synonymous with luxury, and aboard Seven Seas Explorer each delectable restaurant exhibits its own intricate and elegant design, providing a dining atmosphere that deftly complements the high service level and diverse menu offerings.
As the most luxurious ship ever built, Seven Seas Explorer will serve a full range of culinary offerings designed to be an integral part of the overall guest experience. Catering to guests’ culinary desires, the ship offers three distinct specialty restaurants, a signature grand dining room and multiple other options that provide guests the opportunity to dine outdoors, enjoying incredible cuisine and warm ocean breezes. All restaurants will feature vintage wines and premium spirits at no additional charge, and each dish will be prepared à la minute and cooked to order.
The following represents a sampling of the restaurants guests will enjoy aboard Seven Seas Explorer:
- Compass Rose – Located off the atrium lobby, Compass Rose is the main dining room aboard the Seven Seas Explorer. With no reservations required, guests can enjoy the epicurean delights offered during breakfast, lunch and dinner at their convenience. The menu features an exceptional variety of European-inspired Continental cuisine expertly prepared and served by the finest restaurant team at sea. The signature grand dining room will receive a sophisticated contemporary look, with an elegant and airy design motif featuring a beautiful, cascading aqua-blue chandelier, which will convey a whimsical grotto feel throughout the restaurant.
- Prime 7 – Inspired by the private clubs of London, the glamorous yet comfortable steakhouse is a departure from traditional designs, with a rich and luscious décor highlighted by dark purple hues and silver accents. Plush leather banquette and table seating are surrounded by decorative metal screens to create intimate alcoves, perfect for a romantic evening meal. The restaurant’s elegant ambiance will only be matched by the gourmet offerings found on its menu. Open exclusively for dinner, Prime 7 is one of three distinct specialty restaurants on Seven Seas Explorer available for guests’ epicurean pleasures. Regent Seven Seas Cruises imposes no surcharge to dine at any of the specialty restaurants.
- La Veranda – Effortlessly chic, La Veranda delivers the 1960s glamour of the Italian Riviera with rich mahogany accents, terrazzo flooring and brushed brass marine accents. Guests can enjoy casual indoor and al fresco dining with incredible 270-degree ocean views. La Veranda offers a delectable buffet for breakfast and lunch, and transforms into an elegant fine dining restaurant, Sette Mari La Veranda, each evening for dinner.
- Pool Grill – The ultimate come-as-you-are dining venue, the Pool Grill, as the name suggests, is situated pool-side. The Pool Grill offers both open-air and glass enclosed seating for comfortable dining with incredible vistas. Guests can select from cooked-to-order burgers, grilled fresh seafood, sandwiches and fresh salads. Also available for those with a sweet-tooth are a selection of milk shakes, malts and hand-dipped ice cream desserts with a variety of toppings.
In addition to the multiple restaurants onboard, guests can enjoy complimentary in-suite dining, available 24-hours a day.
