Calvin Klein, Inc. Announces Executive Promotions in Global Marketing and Communications

NEW YORK, NY, NOVEMBER 6, 2014 – Calvin Klein, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of PVH Corp. [NYSE: PVH], today announced that the company has appointed Melisa Goldie to the role of Chief Marketing Officer, a newly created position at the organization. Ms. Goldie will report directly to Steve Shiffman, Chief Executive Officer of Calvin Klein, Inc.

With this new role, the Company will unify all functional areas of the creative studio and the communications teams under Ms. Goldie’s leadership, overseeing all marketing-led initiatives including consumer engagement, public relations, advertising, and social media. Ms. Goldie previously served as Executive Vice President & Chief Creative Officer, overseeing the Calvin Klein Advertising and Marketing teams. She first joined the company 13 years ago in 2001 as Vice President of Print & Broadcast Production, and was promoted to Senior Vice President of Creative Services in 2006, and again to her most recent role in 2012.

“Melisa defined strategic marketing programs and led the execution of the Calvin Klein brand’s most iconic and inspirational campaigns and product initiatives over the last decade,” said Mr. Shiffman. “She is uniquely positioned to lead these remarkably talented teams, and continue to drive our brand forward.”

Under this new structure, Ms. Goldie’s direct reports will include Jennifer Crawford, who was promoted in October to Executive Vice President of Global Communications. Ms. Crawford will now oversee the Public Relations, Celebrity Services, Special Events and Corporate Communications teams. Ms. Crawford, who joined the Company in 2004, most recently served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications, a role that she’s held for over two years, as well as ascending positions in the department prior to that.
